About this Beach
Reached by a steep path through terraced fields that have been cultivated since at least the Arab period, around nine hundred years ago. The red sand is the same geological formation as Ramla Bay and the water is exceptionally clear; the effort of getting down here, and back up again, is entirely worth it.

By car
From Nadur, follow the small road and footpath to San Blas. Very steep descent.
By bus
No direct bus. Walk from Nadur village centre (45 min).
Parking
Park in the village above and walk down (25 min)
