About this Beach
The salt pans stretching along the coast beside the bay have been worked by the same Gozitan families for generations, the salt still harvested entirely by hand and sold locally just as it has been for centuries. Sunset views from the flat limestone shelf across toward Malta are among the finest on the island.

By car
Walk west from Marsalforn along the coast past the salt pans.
By bus
Bus 310 to Marsalforn, then walk.
